IAM / OAM / SSO Administrator

Role Overview

We are looking for an IAM / OAM / SSO Administrator with strong hands-on experience in Identity and Access Management, Oracle Access Manager (OAM), SSO, and OCI. The candidate will be responsible for managing, configuring, and troubleshooting identity and access solutions in an enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and administer IAM and Oracle Access Manager (OAM) environments.
• Configure and manage Single Sign-On (SSO) and identity federation.
• Manage user access, authentication, and access policies in OCI.
• Troubleshoot authentication, SSO, federation, and access-related issues.
• Support integration of applications with IAM/OAM and SSO solutions.
• Monitor and maintain identity and access services.
• Ensure security and access controls follow organizational standards.
• Work with application, infrastructure, security, and cloud teams on IAM-related requirements.
• Prepare technical documentation and support production issues.

Requirements

• Strong experience in IAM and Oracle Access Manager (OAM) administration.
• Hands-on experience with SSO and identity federation.
• Experience managing OCI IAM and access policies.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in enterprise production environments.
• Hands-on OCI experience is mandatory.
• Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP is an added advantage.
• Relevant Oracle/OCI certifications are preferred.
