Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Siebel Administrator with strong hands-on expertise in Siebel CRM administration, architecture, and cloud migration. The candidate should have direct experience implementing or migrating Siebel environments to OCI/cloud platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain Siebel CRM environments.
- Manage Siebel application, server, and database configurations.
- Support Siebel installation, configuration, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
- Design and maintain Siebel architecture for enterprise environments.
- Implement and support Siebel migration to OCI/cloud environments.
- Monitor system performance and resolve production issues.
- Work with technical, infrastructure, database, and application teams.
- Support deployment, testing, upgrades, and production activities.
- Prepare technical documentation and follow security and operational standards.
Requirements
- Strong experience in Siebel CRM administration and architecture.
- Proven hands-on experience with Siebel implementation and migration.
- Direct experience migrating or implementing Siebel on OCI/cloud environments.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in enterprise production environments.
- Hands-on OCI experience is mandatory.
- Experience with other cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is an added advantage.
- Relevant Oracle/OCI certifications are preferred.
